Bought a few fridge magnets, leather wallet, shirts, etc and cashier overcharged us. Unaware that they were overcharging us until credit card statement arrived. Goods had been brought to overseas by relative.Went back to the shop to ask for a refund, cashier said NO cant refund back eventhough receipts are provided because they do not believe that they are overcharging us. Looked at the receipts and realise, WHICH SHOP IDIOT ENOUGH TO PUT DESCRIPTION DOWN AS "FRIDGE MAGNETS" WHILE THERE ARE MANY TYPES OF FRIDGE MAGNETS AND NOW THEY SAID TO US THAT THEY CANT REFUNDS THE MONEY BACK BECAUSE THEY DONT BELIEVE US? ANSWER: WOMBAT LODGE
Cashier called her manager up..instead of getting a soothing and calming voice, manager straight away YELLING and RAISING HIS VOICE and say "HEY MATE, ITS RIDICULOUS WHEN WE CHARGED YOU AND YOU DONT EVEN REALIZE HOW MUCH CHANGE YOU GET" I tried to explain that i was paying by credit card by saying "Hey mate, you dont know the situation at that time" and the manager just cut me off and said back to us "GET OUT OF MY SHOP OR ILL CALL THE POLICE" and i said "Hey mate, listen to me" and he ended made a very offensive statement "Fu**ing d**kh**d* and hung up the phone.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP, THERE IS A REASON WHY THEYRE OVERCHARGING US AND NOT REFUNDING IT, AND THERE IS A DEFINITIE REASON WHY THEY PUT DOWN THE GOODS DESCRIPTION ON THE RECEIPT VERY GENERAL"
